The young tree in the foreground is a lychee. All lawn grass was removed. A large group of dwarf mondo grass that lined the entry walk was divided and expanded to line part of the sidewalk. Existing wild coffee was left in place and more wild coffee plants were added to expand the group out into the yard. Cast-iron plants were moved forward in the bed as were dwarf breynia. New plants include ti (Cordyline) and New Zealand flax (Dianella).
